Some word of advice
If you are new to the world of toppers and wigs, we recommend that you give yourself a good amount of time to make a hair system ‘yours’. In the beginning, it can be an adjustment in terms of having all this ‘extra’ hair – this is normal. Once you begin to wear it, change parting to a position you are used to, get it cut by your hairdresser, it will become more ‘you’.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your new hair system! If for whatever reason, you are not thrilled with your purchase, you have 3 working days of receiving your item to initiate return or exchange (please make sure to read “What is NOT eligible for return or exchange?” for exceptions)
If 3 working days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This does not include non-business days (Saturday and Sunday).
If you wish to return the hair system, please e-mail us to [email protected], and we will get back to you with the return instructions. The product must be shipped back within 3 working days after receiving return instructions from us. Otherwise, it will have to be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your hair system must not be altered in any way and all packaging material should be in place. The hair system must be in exact same condition as you received it:
• heat styling tools not used
• unworn (when trying on the hair system, please ensure your own hair is clean and does not contain any product or hair fibres, sprays, powders or similar)
• lace not cut
• hair not cut
• no color adjustments
• no parting adjustments
• no cap adjustments
• no make-up added
• no hair product
• no perfume or smoke smell
• in the original packaging and all items originally included in the Hairalicious box
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If the wig is not in its original condition, Hairalicious has the right to refuse refund/exchange and the product will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense.
If you are approved, then you could choose one of the following:
- refund with 15% restock fee (it covers 3-5% paypal/credit card transaction fee, import procedure of the returned package, the inspection of the return, the rewash and reset of the hair, as well as relisting it on the website). Note the restock fee does not include original shipping cost, and shipping back costs are covered by the customer.
- exchange with 10% restocking fee. You will receive a digital coupon code in an email for your credit amount and that can be used any time towards purchases on our website. This coupon code can be used once and is valid for one year from when the coupon is issued. Note the restock fee does not include original shipping cost, and shipping back costs are covered by the customer.
What is not eligible for return or exchange?
- Customized orders. If you have chosen to customize a hair system (“Would you like to customize this style? – Yes”), such hair systems are considered to be customized if any alterations have been requested, for instance additional haircut, cutting the lace, etc.
- If terms of this Policy were not followed, i.e., if we receive a hair system not in its original state or the item was not shipped back within 3 working days.
- Final Sale items. If final sale is indicated in product description, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
– Faulty Products
If in the rare occurrence you believe you have received a defective wig, please contact us immediately – no later than 3 days from the date of delivery – so we can rectify the matter. Please check your received wig carefully and without delay.
If you placed your order and wish to cancel it before an order is processed, you have the following options:
• refund with 5% restocking fee.
• exchange to any other product without any restocking fee. You will receive a digital coupon code in an email for your credit amount and that can be used any time towards purchases on our website.
It is NOT possible to cancel order if it has already been started to be processed.
Risk of loss or delay
All packages once shipped are the responsibility of the recipient. www.Hairalicious.com will not be held responsible for orders with incorrect shipping information provided, lost/stolen/delayed packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in case if you having any problems related to shipping.
For non EU countries VAT tax is not applicable, but import taxes may apply at customs. Taxes implied depend upon your country; www.Hairalicious.com does not have a control and takes no responsibility for it.
For your privacy and security, we accept payments via PayPal and Credit/Debit card. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay cards to make payments.
