Delivery

Shipping is from European Union country. If you have questions about import taxes applied, contact us at [email protected].
We will email you a tracking number once your order ships. If this wig had a possibility to be customized and you answered “yes” to a question “Would you like to customize this style?” – it can take up to 4 working days to prepare your hair system for shipping.

Delivery Method: Express delivery via UPS

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 working days in Europe. 2-5 working days to other countries

Price:  50 USD for the first item and 25 USD for every other item bought during the same purchase

Return Policy

We want you to love your new hair system! If for whatever reason, you are not thrilled with your purchase, you have 3 working days of receiving your item to initiate return or exchange. Please carefully read our Return policy for conditions and exceptions. Click here.

You can cancel your order before it is processed. 5% restocking fee is applicable for the refund.
