DYE stains on a cap is normal

Our hair pieces are hand dyed, so there is a lot of customization and personal touch that goes into these wigs. Many, if not most, of our pieces tend to have stains on the inside. That is unavoidable when everything is dyed by hand, rather than factory made. It is a standard in wig industry, especially if colors are sophisticated, such as balayage, melted roots–those cannot be achieve by machine and requires professional colorist’s services.
However, these stains aren’t visible when the hair is worn, as they are in the areas which are completely covered with hair. Once again, this is normal and doesn’t have any impact on the final look of the wig.

    Good day Camil, The wig is super amazing so far, i am yet to properly wear it as i wanted to wash it first but straight off the packaging, i was flawed by how much the 'all eyes on me' unit texture actually matched my hair texture, like seriously that wig can pass as my own hair. the volume on this wig is truly amazing ( i love the full voluminous diana ross look) and what is even more amazing is that even though its full and long , its light as a feather ( how do you guys do this.. its pure magic lol) and i did not feel like there was anything on my head when i put it on. the lightness in weight is ever so important to me as i tend to suffer from migraines so thank you for crafting a unique piece that meets all of my major wig requirements. I have now washed the piece using the hairalicious instruction that was provided and its currently air drying but already the curls popping out after combing with my denman brush is truly beautiful and gorgeous. i am really happy and i know i will love it even more when its fully air dried. i love the length i love the volume, i love the curls, i even love how it looks when its wet so gives me options to have it dry, fluffy and voluminous or just spritz with water ofr a wet, super curly less voluminous look, i absolutely love everything about this wig. i am glad i took a chance with you guys for this purchase. i get the feeling i will be returning for a second, a third a fourth wig....lol. i can tell there is a lot of craftmanship and quality that goes into the wig making process at Hairalicious so a big thank you to you and to the team.
